Health Grades, Inc. is now interviewing for a Requirements Analyst at our corporate headquarters location in Golden, CO.  The Requirements Analyst will facilitate the creation of business requirements and translation to functional/design and technical specifications for various Health Grades products.  This position is designed to ensure the smooth, quick, and cost effective development of technically sound solutions.  This position will report to one of several product owners/managers.




The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is productive with minimal supervision, generates quality work in a timely manner and is able to exercise independent judgment in line with company and departmental direction. You will be able to comfortably manage and prioritize your workload, keep up and maintain the integrity of multiple simultaneous projects and thrive under a high pressure, high stress situation. You will need strong interpersonal skills to work with business requirements generators, web and SQL developers, QA and Marketing; be flexible as priorities change; and are a team player who helps out in other areas as needed.




Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop business requirements and translate them to succinct, measurable, and clearly worded functional/technical requirements and specifications.

• Act as liaison between business owners and technology resources for development of new products/toolsets and ongoing maintenance of existing products/toolsets.




Skills and experience required:




• 2-5 years of experience in IT, minimum 2 years in a Requirements Analyst role

• 1-2 years of experience working in internet-related projects 

• Proficiency in business analysis and process modeling 

• Ability to multi-task effectively

• Solid organizational and communication skills

• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships

• Ability to acting as a change agent within the organization

• Software lifecycle development methodologies

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
