Research Compliance Coordinator

ResearchRESEARCH COMPLIANCE COORDINATORPhysicians, residents, medical students and staff of Akron General Medical Center benefit from a team of research professionals to not only gain advanced experience with scientific research but to also explore the real-life problems encountered in the practice of medicine. We are currently seeking a research professional responsible for the administrative and compliance activities of the Institutional Research Review Board.

Master's degree preferred with at least 3 years biomedical or scientific healthcare experience. Successful candidates will also possess demonstrated knowledge of federal and other regulations governing human subject research. Demonstrated statistical skills and auditing knowledge needed. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in MS Word & Excel required. Independent decision making with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines a must.
