Research Manager

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is a world renowned organization dedicated to the progressive control and cure of cancer through programs of patient care, research, and education.

As an integral member of the research team and in compliance with all regulatory, institutional and departmental requirements, manages the functions and activities of Prostate Consortium in the Genitourinary Oncology Service. Areas of responsibility are: QA, program development, financial management, research project administrative liaison, operations management and data management with strong skills in overseeing collaborating centers.

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a clinical trials or investigation area; Master's degree preferred; extensive knowledge of oncology specific terminology required; ability to use specialized knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the field of clinical research data management to assume managerial responsibility within a clinical research unit of the organization; proficiency in use of computers and software applications is necessary; excellent analytical, information management, administrative and communication skills.
