Casa de Mañana is seeking to hire a Resident Services Coordinator. 

 

RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR - Responsibilities include: developing and overseeing programs which provide on-going social and emotional support to residents. Acts as an advocate in consideration of residents needs in management meetings. The incumbent interviews all new residents to assess their psychosocial needs as well as counsel, research, develop and maintain a network of service providers.

 

The ideal candidate must have superior customer service and an interest in providing services to seniors; strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Applications; three to five years of experience working in a long-term care or assisted

 

Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background clearance.
