Resource Center Production Representative

Our Houston office is seeking a Production Assistant for our Resource Center. In this key position you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately performing the physical demands and tasks required for all Resource Center activities particularly for production, supplies, along with mail and imaging activities as needed. Perform production services according to job requests using copiers and other machinery to include copiers, printers, photocopy machines.

To meet the challenges of this position you must possess a minimum 6 months of copy equipment operating and troubleshooting, BizHub copier experience preferred. Excellent technical skills and have the ability to learn new technology, along with being proficient in using MS programs (Word and Excel).  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high school diploma required.

 Some of the responsibilities and functions of this position are to: Run high volumes copy machines and perform all production requests to include binding, finishing, cutting, drilling holes or perforating according to instructions (presentations, meeting materials, notebooks, publications, letter, etc. Programming and setting up equipment for specific production jobs. Complete production jobs accurately and meet all required deadlines. Assist with scanning projects and requests as directed Ability to work flexible schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends. Ability to multi-task, work in fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines essential to the job Other duties as assigned by Manager.
