Resource Planning Analyst

Position Summary This position’s primary accountability is assuring the timely flow of reports generated by the Metrics Analysts out to the user groups.  These include routine “periodicâ€� reports as well as the management of the ad-hoc report queue.  With respect to the latter, the Production Analyst will receive and input all report requests, assign task priority for the Metrics Analysts based on established guidelines and his/her judgment, engage and communicate with the report requesters as to any lack of clarity in the report requests, acting as a buffer between the Metrics Analysts and the requesters “at largeâ€�.  Secondary accountability is execution of QC procedures against reports whose intended recipients are in the “Top 50â€� client list as determined by the manager working in conjunction with the CLMs and the Account Teams.  Third accountability is to function as liaison between the Metrics Tam and the CDS and Telecom teams to assure the ongoing accuracy and completeness of the telecom-related components (VDNs, skills, etc.â€� of the various queries and reports executed by the Metrics Team. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to withstand deadline pressures and flexible deadlines/changing priorities as dictated by management.  Ability to analyze overall conditions and set priorities, recognizes improvement opportunities and makes recommendations to support changes in the report production environment. Education Bachelors Degree in any of Statistics, Computer Sciences, Accounting; may substitute equivalent years of work experience in any of these disciplines in lieu of the degree. Experience Three+ years of experience in statistics/reporting/report development and design preferably in a call center environment.   Caremark Benefits:Caremark offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package that includes company-subsidized medical, dental, and prescription coverage, pay-for-performance bonuses, and a matching 401(k) retirement savings program.
