Resource Staffing Manager Responsible for the coordination of sourcing, interview, and hiring all levels for FMS. Meets regularly with FMS field management to assess current and future recruitment needs Help develop and coordinate the recruitment strategy for geographic regions utilizing web, networking, community, career fairs, campus interviews, and ad copy. Conduct phone screens and provide detailed information on candidates to hiring manager. Fill positions in a specific amount of days Coordinate the movement of employees/applicants across the U.S. Verify background information on candidates such as license, OIG/GSA, education, and criminal. Prepares offer letters for candidates. Develop and coordinate recruitment activities with external professional recruitment agencies. Distributes new hire packets. Assist on recruiting projects across the country Coordinates the EEO programs with HR Management Provides monthly status report on number recruitment activities. Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field needed. Masters preferred. Human Resources profesisonal certificate a plus. Six-eight years of progressive healthcare resource staffing and recruitment, experience needed (Clinical recruitment experience preferred). Minimum of four years recruitment in a large decentralized multi-state organization needed. The ability to support a diverse group of management a must Will need excellent time management, negotiation, organization skills, computer skills, multi taks / project management skills along with strong leadership skills desired.
