Located on the beautiful west coast of Florida, this is as close to paradise as most will come.  My Client, 400+ bed hospital is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist.  This position is responsible for delivering respiratory care services under the order of a physician and in accordance established by the hospital.  Other health care providers and functions in situations of unsupervised patient contact requiring individual judgment.  This position functions as the “resident expert” proficient in all clinical respiratory procedures.  Serves as a resource and frequently provides oversight of others.  Also responsible for supervision of students and respiratory care practitioners.  This position requires:· Graduate of AMA approved program of RRT.· Bachelor’s degree required; Masters Degree is preferred.· Must have current FL license and/or eligible,(BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS.)· AARC and FSRC are preferred.· CPR certified· 3 years acute care experience.· Advanced respiratory assessment/evaluation, critical thinking, neo/pediatric care skills, advanced emergency and adult airway management, preceptor delegation/charge.· Must also demonstrate sound clinical judgment, communication and possess strong customer service skills.· Must have effective communication skills, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.  Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary make this position an outstanding opportunity!   If you meet these requirements, and are interested in pursuing this opportunity, APPLY NOW, or forward your resume in WORD format to admin@mrclearwater.com today! MRINetwork of Clearwater has been representing top talent and impact players for 20+ years.
