Revenue Cycle Associate

This position will support the PPS Billing Office by assisting in the monitoring of billing performance for PPS Offices. The Revenue Cycle Associate will serve as a liaison for accounts receivable questions, report generation, and will provide analysis related to monitoring A/R performance metrics. The position will strive to maximize the physician office's understanding of revenue cycle processes through analysis and communication. The ideal candidate will possess the following: - High School graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor degree strongly preferred. - Three (3) years healthcare revenue cycle experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong analytic skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Excel. - Ability to interact with physicians and practice managers. - Knowledge of CPT, ICD9 coding systems strongly preferred.
