*** Revenue Services Analyst [ 15023 ]***The Revenue Services Analyst will support management within Revenue Services by serving as a resource in the identification, quantification and execution of special projects or identified areas of opportunity. This 'special projects' role - working as an adjunct and support to the Revenue Services management team - will be responsible for quantifying through data any possible issue/opportunity, assisting/guiding the decision making process by supplying pertinent data and supporting resource documentation. This individual will serve as a supplemental resource to the Director, Revenue Services as well as the Access and Business Office managers. Key Responsibilities: Performs data collection, tracking and analytical duties in support of revenue cycle operations and third-party contracting compliance supporting the decision making process of leadership; Serves as a key resource in the design, deployment and ongoing utilization of EPIC and other financial systems for data management; Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and reporting of executive summary reporting as well as detailed key revenue cycle indicators and contract performance metrics, as well as various ad hoc data requests; Provides assistance and support to the management team in addressing any identified special project within Revenue Services - including troubleshooting reporting issues, evaluating receivables performance, coordinating special analyses, etc. - all with the goal of optimizing receivables performance; Perform audits and assure contractual compliance of vendors working Exempla's accounts receivables; Responds to key Revenue Services issues and develops reporting to support appropriate action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives; and Ensures that reports and information are accurate, timely and consistent, and that they satisfy management's needsPosition Requirements: Education: B.S. - Business, Finance or related field. Experience: 5 years of finance or healthcare experience. Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative/qualitative analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced computer skills and knowledge of data systems. Able to prioritize tasks and work independently without supervision. Strong attention to details and accuracy Strong analytical and research skills Proven leadership skills in project management. Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, and openness.
