SAP BUSINESS ANALYST - HR, PERSONNEL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ADMINISTRATION

business Analyst - HR, Personnel and Organizational Administration

We need a Business Analyst to help us implement new SAP ECC 6.0 mySAP ERP 2005 technology in our Foothill Ranch, CA location.

 

What you’ll do:

· Will be on the Human Resource team of Apria’s SAP project and analyzing the already existing SAP HR solution to refine the current business process design as part of the HR upgrade where applicable

· Help review and assess current capabilities and identify both high-level and detailed requirements for the SAP-based solution

· Work with the Leads, Process Integration Managers and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application and trace to the business case benefits

· Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements

· Provide key input for design of system (e.g. HR Personnel Structures, Pay Scale Structures, FMLA) to meet the business process design and requirements

· Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing; also be a tester

· Serve as a liaison to the business community and help maintain the business community’s perspective

· Serve as a resource to help evaluate training and performance support needs

 

Requirements:

· Process background in Human Resources preferably Personnel and Organizational Administration

· Ability to analyze and design business processes

· Ability to develop business requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community

· Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality and compliance with established project standards

· Willing to gain knowledge of the functionality of new systems

· Exposure to multi-site operations and/or multiple lines of business

· Detail oriented to complete project deliverables

· SAP skills with the Human Resources modules is preferred
