Job DescriptionWork within the Consumer Optimization team.  Duties include:•  Manage, direct, and implement strategy for dLife’s SEO/SEM plans•  Manage a SEM campaign with SearchCenter and SiteCatalyst •  Provide budget and spend summaries for each advertising campaign and use data and analyses to improve effectiveness of those campaigns.•  Keep up to date on new SEO strategies, technologies and techniques•  Pursue high rankings on search engines using industry standard optimization techniques•  Monitor, track, and report SEO on all organic traffic metrics•  Monitor and report site traffic with effective and intuitive SEO reports •  Interpret site analytics data and present information on a scheduled basisProfile•  Thorough background and experience in online marketing, online media, and interactive product management, etc.•  Minimum 5 years experience in managing SEM and PPC campaigns/budgets (preferably $1M+ annually)•  In-depth knowledge and experience with Google, Yahoo, MSN, and other tier I/II engines•  Expert Excel skills with strong search campaign reporting and analysis experience•  Experience using keyword research, web analytic, and bid-management tools•  Has experience and understanding of:o  Campaign Management Toolso  Interactive communications/mobile background a pluso  Great communicator – presenter/writerPersonality•  Analytically oriented – drills down into details on their own•  Hands on – uses tools with first-hand experience and knowledge•  Confident – can come up with solutions and defend them with logic and economics•  Mature, professional•  Gets it•  Detailed, organizedSalary, incentives and equity.Please send resume to searchjobs01@dlife.com
