SENIOR INFORMATICS BUSINESS ANALYST - 1333

  SENIOR INFORMATICS BUSINESS ANALYST






This is an independent, highly self directed role where you have the opportunity to shape business decisions. 
This position supports end users with ad hoc reports, analysis and recommendations; however, a growing part of the job requires individual who has a broader background that must include clinical, customer, claims, insurance and heath data pulling, cleaning, modeling and analysis.  We're looking for a creative mind who can form options and a solid recommendations to present in a clear manner to leadership that will determine future products, rates, marketing strategies, business options, efficiencies or best in industry practices.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar roale and will be able to share their success. 

REQUIRES: 

- Superior MS Access knowledge

- Experience interacting with and gaining agreement from senior leadership

- Ability to develop healthcare (see above) analysis and provide conclusions and clear/concise recommendations  to non-technical audiences

Our data is in Access, making SQL and some technical depth surrounding the application preferred.  We are moving toward integrating our Access DB into SAS and therefore knowledge of SAS would be helpful.
