SOCIAL WORKER Mercy Home Health, a division of the Mercy Health System has immediate openings for per diem Social Workers in all of the locations within Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware Counties. Social Workers provide consultation and service to homebound individuals in need of assistance with the solution of compex social and emotional problems, which impede management of medical regimen. Masters Degree from a school of social work required.One year of social work experience in a health care setting. Currently licensed or proven eligble for licensure in the applicable state.
