Job Description J.D. Power and Associates is a global marketing information firm that conducts independent and unbiased surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality and buyer behavior.We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Research Projects, Healthcare, in Troy, MI. Key Goals of this Position: Manage syndicated programs in the Healthcare Practice. Work closely with vendor partners and Healthcare team associates to produce accurate, relevant, and actionable study results. Identify study changes to better meet client needs, add value and improve revenue. Assist director in the pricing/budgeting of research programs. Support the development of additional syndicated products for the 2009 calendar year. Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. 5 or more years of research experience (using phone, mail, internet methods) preferably with a market research supplier or equivalent. Requires strong organizational success and proven multi-tasking abilities. People management skills and experience a must. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated experience using Excel (macros preferred), PowerPoint (data graph creation), and Word (or similar software applications). Solid SPSS experience. Must be dedicated to Quality (zero tolerance for errors and ensure processes are in place to avoid errors), have Passion (strong work ethic, take ownership), and have Vision (seek to change J.D.
