SR PeopleSoft HCM Systems Analyst

Evaluate, design, develop, document and modify programs in a PeopleSoft environment.

- Work extensively with all modules within PeopleSoft HCM system (i.e. HR, Payroll, Benefits Time Tracking etc.)
- Strong PeopleSoft technical skills (i.e. PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine etc.)
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to work as part of a project team
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities
- Be able to evaluate, design, develop, document and modify programs

All other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 4-year degree in Computer Science, or related field or related experience
- PeopleSoft Knowledge and Experience
- Technical experience with PeopleTools 8.44 or higher, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Crystal Reports, Workflow, Integration Broker, Application Messaging, Query and SQL.
- Oracle database experience
- Experience with Unix and Windows operating systems will be considered a plus.
- Highly organized individual
- An appreciation for the client relationship, both internal and external
- Must be able to successfully complete any pre-employment testing
