JOB SUMMARY: The Staff Accountant position is responsible for providing general ledger support services for the Finance function of CHW-WBR. This position works in a cooperative team environment to provide timely Budget and Financial Reporting to Management and CHW-WBR facilities. Responsibilities include: producing various routine and ad hoc reports, regulatory filings, and maintaining financial records for assigned facility within CHW-WBR. Responsible for month end close & financial reporting, Financial analysis (Bad debt, IBNR, Accounting for MOB's and physician agreements/loans, Account and bank reconciliations; coordinating and assisting with internal and external audits; Tax returns-Sales and Use, Income, property, Policies and procedures; and internal accounting controls. Requirements: BA or BS degree, Accounting preferred.
