SUPERVISOR, ACCOUNT COORDINATION SERVICES

SUPERVISOR, ACCOUNT COORDINATION SERVICES This position supervises daily operational activities regarding patient scheduling, cashier, insurance verification, financial counseling and account follow-up; providing leadership and guidance to the staff. The supervisor is responsible for handling patient financial concerns and patient billing issues.The position requires knowledge of 3rd-party payor review criteria and patient management information systems. Previous experience with insurance verification, including Medicaid and Medicare, is also required.
