Position Summary

The Sales and Contracts Administrator will contribute to company success by providing efficient, effective sales support, thus increasing the time available to contribute to the sales effort.  They will assist customers, corporate partners, and employees by effectively troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions, while providing excellent customer service at all times.  They will be responsible for providing sales information to potential and existing customers and will plan, organize, write, update and coordinate the production of Sales Proposals, RFP’s and contracts. 



 

Responsibilities

 

Prepare routine and advanced correspondence and packets including letters, memoranda, reports, proposals, and contracts.

 

Prepare and maintain logs, databases, and turnover sheets as needed.

 

Understand and abide by the company’s corporate values at all times.

 

Protect the confidentiality of sensitive and/or proprietary company information.



 

Work in a safe manner in compliance with all safety rules/regulations.

 

Write and edit RFP responses and manage all details of the RFP process and workflow.

 

Maintain a library of RFP documentation and update as needed.

 

Prepare accurate monthly reports of sales and forecasted sales for review by the Executive Team.

 

Understand and abide by company corporate values at all times.

 

Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations.

 

Protect the confidentiality of sensitive and/or proprietary company information.

Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications

 

· HS diploma or equivalent required and 3-5 years general office support and sales support experience in a fast paced environment

· Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common office systems

· Excellent written and oral communications skills and an ability to interface with all business groups

· Ability to cope with interruptions, prioritize and work on many tasks simultaneously

· Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks
