Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: Primarily responsible for Rating, Renewal, and Broker Commissions.  May also be responsible for routine New Business/Pre-Sales functions, and Fulfillment. Contracting and Administration support. Rating:  Verify and ensure that all benefits are entered into appropriate source system Work in a team environment to assure individual and team production is done accurately and within designate turn around times Apply underwriting/plan guidelines to requests  Fax declination letter to agent when guidelines are not met Fax/call agent for missing information Handle broker requests for Pre-Screens Generate proposal for medical and ancillary products Fax proposals to agents Responsible for supplying Account Executive with originals Renewal:  Process monthly missed renewals Obtain updated client and agent information from acct mgrs & support process as needed Mail/fax client & agents any missed renewals prior to renewal date Verify and ensure that all benefits are entered into appropriate source system Commissions: Prepare monthly internal commission reports for sales/account mgmt Maintain broker contract files and agent certification status Process agent of record changes, including notification to existing agent, new agent, and client Update appropriate source system with any changes Submit licensure and appointment requests Assist in coordinating broker certification program Secondary Responsibilities:  Routine New Business/Pre-Sales functions sale (i.e. back up scrubbing), Fulfillment, Contracting and Administration support Projects as assignedQualifications:  Business Savvy: Demonstrate  problem-solving and analytical skills Solve problems independently within the scope of the job Impact of Decisions: Decisions focus on processing of everyday work Decisions may impact the customer relationship  Product Knowledge: Requires general knowledge of health care products and strong administrative process to support business operations Requires systems knowledge in applications pertinent to job Organization Skills: Demonstrates organizational skills and a continuous effort to support individual and team objectives Relationship Building and Influence: Develop relationships to maintain and enhance customer service in order to achieve business objectives Strategic Vision: General understanding of company vision Focus on delivery and service of customer objectives High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred Prior experience in healthcare industry preferred. Benefit and contract knowledge helpful. Demonstrate customer service skills in a professional business environment. Excellent word processing and computer skills.  Microsoft Word, Lotus, Excel and Access helpful.
