We have achieved significant growth each year for the past 6 years and are currently looking for a Sales/Marketing Professional to add new and develop existing clients. Successful candidates will be promoted to a Regional Sales Director within 6-9 months. Job Functions • Train and work directly with a Regional Sales Director and assist in developing new business opportunities utilizing various lead-generation strategies • Assist in designing marketing plans and recruitment campaign strategies • Assist in developing long-term relationships by providing consultative feedback to current clients with the goal of generating repeat business Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree is ESSENTIAL • Prior Sales or Sales Support experience is highly preferable • A desire to learn, grow, and be successful is ESSENTIAL • Outgoing personality, phone skills, and the ability to establish professional rapport is ESSENTIAL • Strong computer skills include Word, PowerPoint, Excel – must be proficient in PowerPoint, as this serves at the basis for designing campaign plans and client strategies Compensation/Benefits • Competitive base salary • Commission from new and repeat business • Full health benefits • 401k This is an EXCELLENT opportunity to work with a growing company that has reinvented the way companies recruit and hire talent.
