Overall management of the Key Accounts local office, and special projects. Database Management: Maintain the sales reporting system and other systems and reporting tools to generate local sales reports. Print Coordination: Coordinate the printing and stocking of necessary collateral materials and supplies. Coordinate all Key Accounts printing updates and issues with the national/local print vendor. Special Projects: Design, develop, and execute special reports, projects and other analysis to support strategic initiatives, emerging business needs, and segment requests. Management of new product implementations. Manage the implementation of special initiatives.Qualifications: Internal Operations & Capabilities: Ability to navigate UHC internal departments to produce positive results Relationship Building Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Ability to work well in cross-functional teams Basic understanding of all UHC products, services and solutions Working knowledge of Enterprise/ancillary product lines Personal Attributes: College degree or equivalent work experience in the managed health care industry Strong problem solving ability Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong project management skills Strong organizational skills, detail oriented Strong sense of urgency and ownership for resolving issues.
