Sales and Marketing Assistant

The Sales and Marketing Assistant provides direct support to the Sales and Marketing Department.  Activities will include coordination of all aspects of trade show and conference participation; ordering and maintaining an inventory of marketing collateral, including printed materials and packets; populating and updating marketing tracking software; assembling and arranging for delivery of sales proposals and responses to RFP or RFI requests; maintaining files; maintaining library of marketing materials and responses; and assisting with sales and marketing correspondence.
