Artromick is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator.  This position will be based out of our Columbus, Ohio headquarters.  Key aspects of the position are as follows:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as initial qualification outreach to prospects for all sales opportunities and leads from all marketing initiatives. Serve as second tier sales support for qualification of opportunities and leads that have stalled and been re-assigned to Internal Sales Representative by field sales representatives.Serve as first-line product information contact for incoming phone inquires and web site leads.  Support marketing programs implementation through lead generation / qualification / promotions via telesales efforts. When necessary, support marketing research initiatives through telemarketing / polling efforts. Closely monitor pipeline for sales opportunities and communicate with internal sales and field representatives to ensure our selling effort is optimized by keeping contact and information exchange with prospect current.Serve as primary data and architectural administrator for the Sales Force Automation system. Manage organization, data input and distribution of all incoming sales opportunities from all marketing initiatives. Schedule and delegate related assignments of follow-up and fulfillment tasks to internal support and field sales representatives.Serve as the direct contact with coordinating associates in health care facilities for all mobile computing demonstration and trial units.Serve as evaluation / user in-service associate at prospect site to review product functionality, maintenance, features, and benefits; serve as back-up to field sales team and Internal Sales Representative.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

– Minimum of 3-5+ years sales or marketing experience;

– Strong user of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

– Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment;

– Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tasks;

– Outgoing, sales-oriented personality;

– Lead generation experience;

– Ability to work independently with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;

– Ability to articulate feature / benefit and value propositions over the phone and create value to executive and management-level healthcare professionals;

– Management of prospect data and experience using a web-based sales automation application
