In this role you will be responsible for sales growth by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper pay mix goals through building and developing an internal sales team and external business leads and relationships. You will promote facility products, services and outstanding clinical outcomes to recognize Golden as the industry leader. You will function as a strategic business partner with operations.Candidates MUST possess a Strong Sales and Marketing background in Healthcare or related field. Experience in Long Term Care Skilled Nursing Facility, home health or hospital sales/marketing and census building would be excellent.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: .. Drives facility in achieving revenue growth, EBITDA targets, payor mix, and revenue goals by selling the facility’s products and services externally. .. Creates and executes facility sales and marketing strategy. .. Build, trains, directs, leads internal team on sales processes and initiatives. .. Leads key sales initiatives for the facilities... Builds and maintains an external network of peers and customers to share information and obtain prospects. .. Impacts local community representing and positioning our company as the industry leader... Develops appropriate synergy between business partners to understand the various companies full line of products and services...
