Sales and Marketing Specialist

National Healthcare Claims Auditing Company seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist. This individual will assist in the general functions of the sales and marketing department. Responsibilities include:

 

· Provide support for general marketing functions (preparation of presentations and proposals, etc.).

· Obtain thorough understanding of the services and processes of National Audit in order to communicate this to current and prospective clients, as needed.

· Organize and plan for all conferences, including hotel, travel and shipping of materials.

· Handle all marketing materials (order and organize brochures, stationary, giveaways, etc.).

· Prepare, maintain and update current and prospective client profiles/databases, to include calling prospective and current clients to ascertain the proper contact individuals. 

· Research and organize year-end client appreciation gifts as well as recognition of any other applicable client events.

· Compose press releases and client and internal newsletters.

· Maintain relations with current and prospective clients, including verbal and written interaction.

· Attend occasional trade shows to assist in soliciting interest in National Audit by prospective clients.

· Arrange all travel itineraries for sales travel.

· Provide general support to sales and marketing efforts as well as senior management.

· Assist with any research, special projects and all other clerical duties as may become necessary from time to time and requested by management.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 1-2 years of experience, prior knowledge or experience creating sales presentations, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior health care industry experience a plus.
