Join us and you’ll be inspired to discover your own mix of professional advantages and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: The Human Capital Systems Development team is responsible for developing and enhancing custom applications within the PeopleSoft (version 9) HRMS application, including all online services for 70,000 employees and core users (for HR/Payroll functions). Assist with defining requirements; can perform detailed analysis of systems specifications for complex systems. Identify and design most efficient and cost effective solution through research and evaluation of alternatives. Complete coding on new, complex and involved systems; conduct code reviews. Efficient tester; document integrated system test plans. Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues to lower level staff on a project team. Work independently on most aspects of work. Be a good team member- development team consists of 6 employees.Qualifications: 1+ years of PeopleSoft HRMS development experience required. 1+ years experience using PeopleTools (example - Application Designer) required. 1+ years experience using PeopleCode required. 1+ years Unit Testing Experience (Manual Testing) required. Bachelors Degree is required. Application design experience is a plus. FitGap Analysis experience is a plus. Requirements gathering experience is a plus. Project Management experience is a plus. Experience with the following tools/languages is a plus: Crystal Report, Application Engine, Java. Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle. Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff. Able to lead walk through of design documents.
