Senior Human Resources Representative

Danbury Hospital, an affiliate of Danbury Health Systems, Inc., is a 371-bed not-for-profit regional medical center and university teaching hospital. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Representative.


In this role, you will assist HR Partners and other members of the HR Department with follow-up of applicants through the entire recruitment process, including initial contact up through the selection process. You will ensure accurate and timely employee and applicant flow and will be the first responder to customer inquiries.

Bachelor's degree required. Excellent customer service and organizational skills, along with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask, are essential. A minimum of one year HR experience highly desired. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
