Conduct analysis of alternatives, recommendations and data mapping. Assist in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Create test plans to test, debug, and document those programs. Work closely with development staff to remediate all issues identified during testing Demonstrate leadership by coordinating the requirements, specifications, and design and testing efforts for small to large projects. Analyze existing system logic difficulties, document and work with development staff to resolve Generate innovative ideas to resolve problems. Completion phase of the project to ensure success. Assist in training junior level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work. Provide support for break/fix issues related to internally developed applications and reports through trouble-shooting, problem analysis and working with the appropriate staff to resolve issues through testing and feedback.Qualifications: BS degree in computer or business related field or equivalent experience. Experience in applications systems analysis. Exhibits and applies comprehensive knowledge of systems analysis to the completion of challenging assignments. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis Exhibits and is able to demonstrate the relationship of data structures as they relate to systems. Understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to projects. Firm understanding of the problems and issues of clients, the industry and the business environment. Highly effective communication skills with all levels of internal and external customers and staff. Ability to work through the analysis phase of the application development life cycle. Strong facilitation skills to gain customer requirements. Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills. Frequent consultation with company senior leaders and/or outside vendors on complex issues having impact across segment/Company. Effectively and comfortable interacts with upper management.
