Primary Responsibilities: Providing project and analytical support for Medicare Part D Defining business requirements based on government regulations and business needs Interacting between the business unit and the IT department Defining new processes, applications and enhancements for the IT and business units Providing leadership to resolve complex issues with business users  Communicating with audiences and SME's at all levels of management to provide project results / options Coordinating the requirements, specifications, design and testing efforts for various projects Qualifications: 5+ years of substantial background as a Business Analyst is required A Bachelor’s degree is required This person may lead projects They will provide explanations and information to others on the most complex issues They will motivate and inspire other team members Additional assets include: A background in the healthcare industry Project management experience PMP certification (Project Management Professional)  Customer service experience Part D experienceUnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan. Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
