Enhancement & development to systems residing on mainframes using COBOL and mainframe JCL - supporting those application through modifications and enhancements which may include design and development activities. Analysis, development and support as well as evaluating the feasibility and impact of user-request, assisting in the prioritization and estimation of those requests. Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them. Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues.  Qualifications: Experience with mainframe development and support using COBOL/JCL. Experience with advanced SQL queries. Financial or healthcare experience desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
