This function also is intended to include those that also may define business processes and will review the work of others.  This position will work with a broad range of projects within the Desktop Standards Group. Responsible for completion of assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines and will involve the following responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Manages / schedules resources to meet plan deliverables Communicates regularly with team members and management Sets project strategies Develops detailed project plans Creates appropriate infrastructure for teamwork, communications and ownership required for project completion Deals with critical path items Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues Authorizes deviations from standards May lead functional or segment teams or projects Develops innovative approachesQualifications: Solid experience establishing and enforcing desktop application standards in a large organization Sound project management experience Ability forecast and plan resource requirements Ability to perform complex conceptual analysis Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them ITIL Release Management Practices Experience with large Enterprise MS Windows Desktop Environments Undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceDiversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V
