And to our employees we offer all the rewards and challenges necessary for career health and happiness.  Primary Responsibilities:  Serve as subject matter expert for customer installation process implementing sold case information into applicable systems. Provide CAMS customer implementation and supplemental form expertise to internal customers, business partners and work group members. Provide implementation support and Customer Driven Health (CDH) product SME support for sales and external customers. Independently analyze and determine system configuration for CDH benefit plans — benefit plans can be complex. Gather and analyze case data and resolve issues. Respond to complex questions related to data entry and case structure from internal customers, business partners and team members. Participate in AMT meetings with external customers.  Provide SME support on case structure, and CDH products. Enter appropriate case tracking information into tracking systems. Provide ad hoc support to internal and external customers. Provide auditing support to implementation process. Provide and track metrics and milestones as required. This is an implementation only role, no account management will be required.Qualifications: Health benefit and CDH product and plan structure knowledge. Ability to listen, ask questions and solicit information to configure benefit plans. Ability to quickly absorb and transfer knowledge to internal and external customers. Ability to interpret and translate RFPs into benefit configuration is preferred. Ability to think outside the box and develop workable solutions to complex benefit designs within budgetary constraints. Ability to conceptualize new ideas. Ability to handle high volumes of work during peak periods quickly and efficiently. Detailed knowledge of customer implementation process. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Effective use of PC applications (Web based applications, Word, Excel and Access). Ability to track and coordinate details from start to finish.
