Senior-Living Sales Counselor

A New and Beautiful Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is being developed in Bloomington Normal, IL!

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to become a Senior-Living Sales Counselor joining our already established team of professionals.

Position responsibilities include:  Completing phone contacts (conversations), appointments, seminars and presentations with prospective contacts, converting these contacts into residents of the community.

Interacting with leads developed thru Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations and Referrals and converting these leads into residents of the community.

Must have Inside and Outside Sales experience and be able to develop relationships with local commerce and customers resulting in sales of units within the community.

Working the phones and making calls is major function of this position and the right candidate should be highly successful in this function!

Must be a self-starter, have very effective communication skills, selling techniques and be able to motivate others.  A positive attitude is of huge importance as well as a strong desire to succeed. Must be a polished professional and possess the ability to present in front of groups.

Prior experience in Assisted living sales, independent living sales is extremely beneficial.

A rapport working with Seniors is a huge plus.  Must be someone who cares, has patience and has a genuine desire to help people.  This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in someone’s life.

Qualifications:

BA or Equivalent Degree is Required.  Must have some proven sales experience and track record of success to be considered.

3-5 Years of Experience in Sales and Relationship development required.
