SENIOR PROCESS EXPERT (Lean – Six Sigma)

Responsibilities:

 

·         Leading and driving large complex Lean-Six Sigma (Process Excellence) projects to deliver significant operational improvement, financial benefit and enhanced customer satisfaction.

·         Work in collaboration with leadership in the development, implementation, education & coaching of Process Excellence principles.

·         Position requires high level of communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain positive relationships.





Qualifications:





·         Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business, Finance or related field or five years of experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology.  

·         Minimum of three years experience in Lean-Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and Process Management.

·         Desired - Black Belt certifications in Lean-Six Sigma
