Purpose of Job The business objective is to improve provider and consumer experiences through increased consistency and improved product innovation. This job will focus on the provider experience, most specifically, clinical or care management experiences. This job will work across segments to develop a common vision of the provider experience. It will then provide program leadership across a variety of projects to ensure alignment with the common vision. The job will require one to work at both a detailed level and an overall program level. This position will work in coordination with other program managers focused on improving the consumer experience and clinical products/operations alignment. Drive significant improvement and consistency of the provider experience Document and assess the current state of the provider experiences across all business segments with a focus on clinical experiences Work with business segments to develop a common framework or architecture for describing clinical activities and provider touch points in terms of shared technology and operational building blocks Work with business segments to define current and planned provider facing projects in terms of the common framework or architecture Drive consensus on how common technical and operational capabilities can be assembled to address the unique needs of individual segments Work with business segment leaders to define their provider experience visions consistent with the enterprise vision Work with business segment leaders to evolve current provider experience toward enterprise solutions Help identify and address problems which prevent improvement of the provider experience Understand the overall current and future company priorities, focus and politics as influences for program alignment Provide leadership, especially during change management initiatives Represent Program needs in joint solution design with Clinical tools Support Program across multiple tool releases and multiple functions Tracks teams results and makes adjustments to achieve positive results Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers Plan and organize special projects in concert with VP Clinical Solutions Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience in the health care industry Minimum seven years prior strategic planning experience Prior management experience Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills Strong organizational skills, detail oriented Strong sense of urgency and ownership for resolving issues.
