Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator

Long Beach Memorial Medical Center/Miller Children’s Hospital is a tertiary care and academically affiliated medical center.  Our mission is to optimize the health of the people who live and work in Long Beach and surrounding communities.” We seek the talents of a resourceful professional with a clinical background and proven CQI experience in an acute care hospital setting, RN with CPHQ preferred.  Essential skills include team leadership, preparing and making presentations, application of statistical processes; database use; data aggregation, analysis and reporting.  Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of Joint Commission, Title 22 and Medicare regulations needed. Excellent organizational, data management, and interpersonal skills along with proficiency in MS Office applications are required.
