At American Specialty Health, our mission is to “empower individuals to live healthier and longer.” As we continue to see the market expand for fitness and wellness, we are seeking a qualified and passionate Sr. Regional Account Executive for our group sales department. Our Senior Regional Account Executives sell through insurance brokers and consultants, and also work directly with Fortune 1,000 employer groups. We sell and implement employee benefit programs for complementary and alternative medicine—these include benefits for chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and dietetic counseling. We also market our corporate wellness program called Healthyroads, a customized, one-on-one coaching model that helps employees and their dependents achieve optimal health through weight management, tobacco cessation, healthier nutrition, and physical fitness. Our Senior Regional Account Executives travel extensively throughout the region and nationally, up to 60% of time. Duties involve producing sales of ASHIC, ASHP, and Healthyroads through brokers, consultants, and direct prospects. Will be required to conduct CE presentations and travel extensively in local markets to generate revenue. Qualified applications will have: · Associate’s degree or equivalent.· Minimum 2 years sales experience; with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.· Experience in health care strongly preferred.· Experience with proposal and presentation development required. · Proficient in MS Office, with advanced ACT, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships. · Strong organizational and time management skills. This position requires a Valid Drivers license with good driving record and availability of automobile for on the job use and proof of insurance. Qualified candidates must also have acceptable credit to qualify for a company American Express Card. Insurance License required after 90 days of employment.
