Senior Systems Analyst - Healthcare Applications

Two openings (different responsibilities) for Senior System Analysts / Team Leads
Position 1:
Lead Project Manager for the Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) Patient Management and Patient Accounting implementation team. Position provides implementation, training and maintenance support for Physician practice business and Patient access and patient accounting systems. Position requires experience in system selection, system implementation and operational design process for the physician practice environment. Strong IT implementation experience with patient management and patient accounting systems and business process experience required.
A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related field experience of system analysis, design and support of patient access and patient accounting system implementation and maintenance required.
Misys Physician Practice system experience, PMO experience and / or PMI Certification is a plus.

Position 2:
Team lead for the Clinical Repository team. Ditects the IS and end-user team members and provides clinical operational expertise for the following clinical modules: order entry and results reporting, clinical documentation, Pharmacy, Barcode medications administration, clinical rules and alerts and clinical reporting.
GE Centricity (CareCast), PMI certification and / or Clinical Informatics training is a plus.

Additional positions available at this hospital include:

System Analyst - Patient Management and Patient Accounting team.
As a team member of the Eclipsys PM/PA team you will be responsible for system implementation and support of the specialty systems that support the patient accounting process.

System Analyst - Clinical Repository team.
As a member of the CR team you will provide system implementation and support of the following clinical repository functions: order entry and results reporting, clinical documentation, Pharmacy, Barcode medications administration, clinical rules and alerts and clinical reporting.

System Analyst - PHO Physician Practice Patient Management and Patient Accounting team.
As a member of the PHO team you will be involved with the implementation of the system for physician practices, maintenance of the system, current state and future state operational design for a physician practice. Registration, Scheduling and Patient Accounting. Misys experience is a plus.

System Analyst - PHO EMR implementation team.
Responsible for system implementations and ongoing system support of clinical systems for multiple physician practices. Heavy focus on physician electronic medical records (EMR).
Strong IT implementation experience with orders and clinical documentation required with EMR clinical systems experience.
Nursing Informatics certification, Allscripts EMR and / or PMO experience is a plus.

PeopleSoft Systems Analyst
Key role in ensuring that HR-related projects are designed, implemented and managed to meet client expectations and business needs. PeopleSoft 8.9 experience (Human resources, Benefits and Recruiting)is required.
