Trinity Health is currently replacing several of its core computing systems in a large-scale project affecting most Member Organizations.  Over the next few years these and other shared common systems will be extended to all Trinity Member Organizations.  We currently have 70+ open positions to help support the organizational changes and technology standards necessary to achieve that vision.

POSITION PURPOSE

Provides information technology support to Trinity Health member and service organizations. Assists with the development, implementation, and on-going maintenance of application software. Coordinates the readiness and delivery of Vista Plus distributed reports for Genesis implementations. Provides daily troubleshooting and resolution of system issues for all Vista Plus reports including Cerner, Lawson, PeopleSoft and other sending systems. Experience with enterprise-wide system search, selection and implementation is a plus, along with proven project management skills. Participates in testing efforts required for new functionality and system enhancements. Analyzes and resolves end user issues. Serves as technical advisor/mentor to other team members. Interaction and relationship building with key representatives from all Trinity sites.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience in Healthcare related industry preferred  Previous experience with Vista Plus distributed reports for Genesis implementations or similar reports distribution tool preferred. Similar tools such as: Oracle, IBM, EMC, etc.... Experience with daily troubleshooting and resolution of system issues for all Vista Plus reports including Cerner, Lawson, PeopleSoft and other sending systems a plus. Experience with enterprise-wide system search, selection and implementation is a plus, along with proven project management skills. Experience with testing required for new functionality and system enhancements. Analyzes and resolves end user issues. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information technology, or a minimum of 5 years-related experience. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must possess good analytical and problem solving skills. Must possess the ability to work in teams. Working knowledge of business line, specific applications, programming languages, or operating environments may be required. Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
