Shift Supervisor, Elder Abuse Hotline  

Facility: Caritas Holy Family Hospital & Medical Center, Methuen MA
Department: Elder Abuse Hotline
- Full-time - 40 hours per week, 10:00am-6:00pm, includes e/o weekend
- Day & Evening
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Experience is highly preferred



Job Description:
Massachusetts Elder Abuse Hotline, a statewide program which provides 24-hour coverage. Hotline staff screen for emergency and non-emergency situations, and take reports about all cases of elder abuse, elder neglect, financial exploitation, and cases of suspicious deaths. Staff also refer elders who are at risk and elders who need home care services to the appropriate agencies.



Qualifications:
Articulate and professional telephone manner. Supervisory experience. Able to take accurate reports of abuse and neglect. Bachelor's degree and work experience in a human service field desirable. Strong computer skills, detailed, organized and flexible.
