Site Supervisor. Developmental Disabilities

Position Summary:

 

Responsible for overall daily management of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include ISP implementation, provides support and instruction to assist individuals to function as independently as possible in a variety of home-like and community settings. Supervising Case Managers and Residential Counselors, the Site Supervisor ensures that the program provides high quality clinical and residential services, complies with all state and organizational requirements and that individual service plans are implemented and followed for all persons served. Other responsibilities include oversight of health management, self-care, choice making, money management, facilities operation, program budgets and coordination of services with families and other professionals. On-going opportunities for professional development.


 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Previous supervisory experience and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
