Skilled Nursing Dining Services Manager

Immediate opportunity exists for an experienced Skilled Nursing Dining Services Manager at Fountain View Village, Fountain Hill's premier skilled nursing community. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all dining services functions for our 65 bed community. Incumbent will ensure the delivery of the highest quality of service and food quality to our residents in an effective and timely manner, with complete understanding and consideration for all state and federal regulations.

Qualified candidates will possess:

College degree in Nutrition preferred Certification as a SNF Dietary Manager Familiarity of Crandall systems helpful
