Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: Make outbound telephone calls to the Small Business broker community to: Recruit Provide information Follow-up Generate new leads Make outbound phone calls to brokers and small businesses. Lead generation. Recruit new brokers. Participate in various outbound and inbound telephone outreach projects as assigned. Adhere to UnitedHealthcare Small Business Code of Ethics. Report daily/weekly/monthly production on all projects. Assist in the appointment process. Identify, capture, and report competitive information. Perform other related duties as deemed appropriate by management.Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experience in health care or telemarketing, preferred. Customer service related experience. Excellent verbal/telephone communication skills. Must be able to read a script verbatim without it sounding like it is written. Must have a friendly telephone manner. Evidence of ability to build and maintain rapport with supervisors, peers, and customers. Skilled at problem solving, follow-through and resolution.
