We are currently seeking a Social Worker (LWSW or LCSW) to join our team.

 

In this role, you will work as a part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team providing social work services to children and their families in our Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Department. Responsibilities include psychosocial evaluations, individual/family/group work, discharge planning, case management, bereavement support, crisis interventions and program development. Excellent work environment and clinical supervision provided. Must enjoy working in a diverse urban environment. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A NYS LICENSE.
