Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org Position Summary: The Social Worker is responsible for aiding participants and their families with personal, financial, and environmental difficulties that predispose illness or interfere with getting maximum benefits from their oncology and hematology care. Work situations are varied, non-routine, and involve complex issues. This position requires organization, analysis, interpretation of information from multiple sources, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making. Minimum Requirements: Two years experience in a human service field. Oncology/Hematology experience preferred. Education/Licenses/Certifications: Master's in Social Work or related field.
