Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory with multiple state licensing, specializing in state of the art, automated DNA based molecular analysis of a variety of chronic and infectious illnesses. MDL specializes and performs Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) with a larger menu of testing available in the field of infectious disease. Our main theme of research is in the field of Gynecology, Infectious Diseases, Infectious Arthritis, Tick-borne Diseases, Mycology, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

 

MDL is currently expanding and is looking for Full-Time reliable Specimen Resolution Assistant in our Hamilton, NJ facility.  

 

 

Job Description:

1.  Contact physicians, Sales staff, and lab to obtain missing or discrepant information

2.  Log, fax, and monitor all discrepancy notices

3.  Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls

4.  Process test addition and cancellation requests

5.  Coordinate the shipping of specimens forwarded to another address or returned per physician’s request

6.  Answer any technical questions from physicians, Client Services, or Sales staff

 

Qualifications:

 1-2 Years of Customer Service and Data Entry Experience requiredMust be detailed oriented
