Sr. Account Manager

Position Summary:
The Senior Account Manager works to ensure client/customer satisfaction. This role also works closely with clients/customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain account management plans, meet regularly with customer senior management and staff to review customer’s tactical and strategic plans, have overall responsibility for maintaining a strong partnership between MED3OOO and your assigned customers, and be responsible for the sale of professional services and new MED3OOO solutions to your customers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration or related field is required. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of account management or sales experience. Prior experience working with clinical or financial information management systems in physician group practices, and integrated delivery networks is required. Experience with Electronic Health Records experience a plus. Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal skills, and customer relation skills are required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who can work both independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is a must. Significant travel (up to 75%) throughout the MED3OOO customer base, to select trade shows, and to quarterly team meetings.
