The candidate will join a great team in a positive, high-energy, and dynamic work environment. In support of the VP of Product Development and the onsite Human Capital Partner, the Sr. Administrative Assistant’s key responsibilities will include: Making travel arrangements Scheduling meetings and conference calls Processing invoices Managing phones Ordering office supplies Acting as the point person when the VP or Human Capital Partner is out of the office Assisting remote employees as needed Providing back-up support for other assistants in the department Completing special projects and other duties as assignedPrevious senior-level administrative support experience is required for this role. Prior healthcare industry and/or experience working in a consulting environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to adapt in an ever-changing work setting and adhere to quick turn around times would be ideal for this position.
