Job Summary This position is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational direction of the Prime Therapeutics integrated client team. Additionally, this position serves as the key strategist in the development of the client programs, is the principal interface to the client, and oversees all services and products delivered to the client to accomplish the program objectives. This position is accountable for the client relationship which is measured by the satisfaction, growth, and retention of designated clients and their stakeholders.II. Accountabilities 1. Provide leadership to the integrated client team to build and maintain a successful business partnership with the plan. Model a service attitude for the client, and promote a service culture within the account team and throughout Prime. 2. Lead the development, implementation, and success of the strategic account plan, focused on client satisfaction and retention.3. Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and the executive sponsor.. Provide and request routine feedback from these stakeholders including information on the performance of the pharmacy program and the strategic account plan 4. Lead Prime functional units and resources to accomplish alignment between Prime and the strategic plan of the client, assure contract compliance, and measure key deliverables. Direct ad hoc operational and service recovery initiatives. Own the business relationship.5. Analyze and interpret market and industry trends and provide key plan contacts market information and opportunities for service or product innovation.6. Interpret and present benefit design analysis to the plan and key clients, make strategic recommendations and direct deployment plan.7. Organize, plan and present new products and services to clients and their groups in up-sale opportunities. Monitor implementation of all new products and services.III. Job Requirements 1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience; MBA desired2. Five to seven years of account management, healthcare or pharmacy benefit management experience3. 1-3 years of management/leadership experience4. Schedule flexibility and travel are required5.
